Qualifying Country Membership Rate. A special membership rate of $40.00 annually for regular and special membership and $20.00 for student members is available to residents of some countries. Click here for the qualifying country list.

Candidates for regular (including postdoctoral/contingent faculty), special, and student classes of membership must be approved by the Membership Chair and by the membership at the annual business meeting of the Association.

The following membership categories have been discontinued beginning in the 2018 renewal year:

  • Spouse (all membership categories).  Spouse members who joined the Association in 2017 or earlier remain spouse members at the $15 annual rate as long as their status does not change (e.g. student to regular membership or regular to retired member).
  • Life Membership.   Life members who joined in 2017 or earlier, or currently pay installments toward life membership, remain life members. Members currently paying installments  must continue payment until the full cost of life membership is reached ($1600).

If you have questions about the status of your membership, membership application, membership categories, or qualifications or requirements for membership, please contact Dr. Lisa Sattenspiel, membership chair, at: sattenspiell@missouri.edu .
