This remote link will be open until Tuesday, April 10. After that date you will have to upload your presentation from the Speaker Ready Room (Big Bend A, Hyatt Regency Hotel) at least a half day before your talk.

Talks this year are 15 minutes. You should plan for 12 minutes with 3 minutes of Q&A.

Your powerpoint can be formatted 16:9 (widescreen)  or 4:3 (normal), however 4.3 will not fill the whole screen. If your file is larger than 15Mb it cannot be uploaded remotely and must be uploaded from the Speaker Ready Room.  The Speaker Ready Room is open during the following hours:

Wednesday, April 11, 9:00 AM – 5:00PM

Thursday, April 12, 7:30AM – 5:00PM

Friday, April 13, 7:30AM – 5:00PM

Saturday, April 14, 8:00AM – 12:00PM

Please check in at the Ready Room at least a half day before your talk to make sure your uploaded talk came thru OK.  If you don’t upload before the meeting please check in and turn in your talk. All talks will be pushed electronically to the session rooms and then removed from the servers.
