The Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is recruiting a scientist/educator at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology. The successful candidate will do research in the areas of functional morphology, movement science, or sensory-motor function and will teach gross anatomy/embryology to students of medicine and related fields. Experience teaching dissection-based human anatomy is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a research program that involves translational aspects with great promise to acquire NIH/NSF funding.

The individual will become an active participant in NEOMED’s Musculoskeletal Research Focus Area (https://www.neomed.edu/research/musculoskeletal/), a group of research laboratories that approach the musculoskeletal system at multiple hierarchical levels.
