The Terhune Lab at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville invites applications for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow in Anthropology. The successful applicant will work as part of a collaborative team on a National Science Foundation funded project examining feeding behavior and development in capuchin primates. The postdoctoral fellow will also mentor undergraduate and graduate researchers including honors students working on their theses, advise ongoing lab activities, and guest lecture in undergraduate classes.

Minimum Qualifications: • Ph.D. in anthropology or an equivalent related degree conferred by the time of appointment • Demonstrated research interests in primate/mammal/vertebrate anatomy, development, and behavior • Experience with microCT scanning and diceCT staining techniques and data processing

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience as a guest lecturer, presenting on topics related to primate behavior • Experience supervising graduate students • Experience performing grant-related research
