Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine The Anatomy Department invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree and a commitment to excellence in teaching. Preference will be given to individuals broadly trained in the anatomical sciences, with an emphasis on neuroanatomy and human gross anatomy.

Applicants are expected to establish an independent research program capable of attracting extramural funding; start-up funds are available. Departmental research interests include: vertebrate evolutionary morphology, skeletal morphological variation and function, skull anatomy and diet, geometric morphometrics, cortical control of autonomic function, and the effects of ethanol on innate immunity.
