Director of Analytics
Start-up in social network analytics is looking to hire for the position of Director of Analytics. Activate Networks is an analytical company formed by researchers at Harvard University doing cutting-edge research in the dynamics of social networks and providing top level analysis and intervention targeting to a wide range of customers. Opportunities for publishing in both peer-reviewed and trade journals will be available. Salary and benefits are competitive and the company offers substantial opportunities for advancement.
Qualified applicants will have a graduate degree and be able to demonstrate strong skills in multivariate regression analysis and data management with large diverse, data sets. Experience with health care data a plus. Desired qualities include strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail. Expert use of Stata, R, or network graphing software are highly valued. Experience with social network analysis preferred, but not required. Applicants should be able to write and present client-ready research reports.
