The Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University seeks to fill an NIH-funded postdoctoral fellowship in Maternal and Child Nutrition. The successful applicant will have a PhD, MD or equivalent degree and a record of accomplishment in a related science (nutritional, biological, chemical or social), public health, epidemiology or medicine, and will be committed to a career of research in Maternal and Child Nutrition. Research will be conducted under the supervision of one or more of 10 faculty mentors (K.M. Rasmussen, Program Director; J.T. Brenna, M.A. Caudill, J.D. Haas, K. O’Brien, C.M. Olson, P.D. Soloway, R.J. Stoltzfus, P.J. Stover and B.J. Strupp) in the Division of Nutritional Sciences (http://www.human.cornell.edu/dns/academic/facultyconcen.cfm). Opportunities are available for classroom-based training and professional development in teaching and proposal development. US citizenship or permanent residency at the time of application is required. This position is available immediately.
